<p>Evoluimos tanto no processo de desenvolvimento de embalagens mas mesmo assim ainda temos designs ultrapassados como aquele das pastas de dente. As embalagens de hoje acabam precisando de duas partes, causam um eterno desperdício e você precisa espremer tudo para conseguir aquele restinho que tanto gostaria. </p>

<p>Nunca trabalhei para a <a href="http://bit.ly/novaslatas">Sprite</a> nessa minha vida de Diretor de Arte mas imagino que eles possam ser daqueles clientes que agradecemos de pés juntos por trabalhar com eles. Digo isso porque, a cada novo material que eles põe no ar, vejo um visual diferente, um conceito novo e uma maneira diferente de usar da produção visual de artistas e do seu público, para criar algo coletivo. Tai porque que a Sprite foi a primeira marca a usar do crowdsourcing, termo tão banalizado ultimamente. </p>

<p>Essa semana tomei conhecimento de algumas campanhas que a Sprite colocou no ar e, a minha favorita é aquela da imagem acima. Onde alguns grafiteiros foram escolhidos a dedo para customizar as latas da marca. A lata acima é de autoria do <a href="http://ftrc.me/eLAQ2q">Jotapê de Porto Alegre</a>. Criando assim releituras inéditas das embalagens já conhecidas do mundo.</p>

<p>E, posso falar que gostei o mesmo tanto desse novo visual minimalista criado pela Tracylocke para a presença internacional do <strong>7UP</strong>. Pelo que parece, ele será visto no Canadá, na Alemanha e na Espanha primeiro. </p>

<p>O estúdio Build foi convidado pela revista <a href="http://ftrc.me/fZKC9d">ICON</a> para experimentar como que essas novas embalagens poderiam ser. Tudo que é supérfluo foi removido, sobrando apenas uma sensação ultra genérica.</p>
<p>Agora só falta saber se funcionaria.</p>

<blockquote><p>This is an absinthe bottle I designed for a alcohol packaging assignment. I took inspiration for the name “baïonnette” and design of the bottle from the earliest big consumers of absinthe; the french soldiers in the Algerian war. They used this spirit as a way to get courage, as well as for therapeutic purposes to treat the soldiers and colonists against typhoid and malaria. I like the cold, clean, brutal and sharp look of a bayonet, and think it suits such a strong spirit such as absinthe.</p></blockquote>
