Willy Chyr is a sculptor who works with balloons and light. He holds a B.A. degree in Physics and a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Chicago. While a student at the University, Willy joined Le Vorris & Vox Circus and performed as a juggler, unicyclist, and magician. During his time in the circus, Willy learned how to twist balloons.

Não sei se tem muito tempo que James Jean escreve no seu blog mas, como eu descobri isso apenas hoje, tive que postar algo por aqui.
Mas não só seu blog merece um post, já que ele é um dos meus ilustradores favoritos de todos os tempos. Uma coisa que gostei foi que seu trabalho parece estar caminhando cada vez mais para a pintura, o que posso considerar como uma evolução do seu trabalho. Vejam as imagens abaixo.
Zhou Fan was born in 1983 in Shanxi Province in northern China.
In 2006, Zhou Fan graduated from the art department of Shanxi University. He participated in a solo exhibition and several group exhibition in his home province that year.
Zhou Fan participated in a museum show in 2007 called “Art Design” at the Zendai Art Museum in Shanghai, one of the top art museums in China's financial capital.

Quando eu comecei a trabalhar com publicidade online, acabei criando uma frase que eu soltava sempre que alguém que me perguntava o que eu sabia: “eu faço aqueles sites que você não visita e aqueles banners que você nunca clica.” Era uma forma meio “engraçadinha de explicar o que eu faço que servia bem pra fazer o cérebro deles entenderem o que que eu faço.
Tudo bem que minha mãe não entende isso direito até hoje mas, como ela diz que lê esse blog de vez em quando, espero que ela comente, um dia, explicando o que eu faço. =]
AH, no episódio acima, Arno Coenen tenta explicar o que ele faz.
“Readers of the The Sunday Times in the UK were greeted with a six-page spread on Banksy including a question and answer session with the stealthy street artist. The interview ended up being quite insightful despite the fact that he talks in his usual tongue-in-cheek manner about museums, CCTV, his reasons for anonymity, his hypocrisy, his family, his art background, his collection, and sure to disappoint fans everywhere, he says – “I won’t be doing any more big gallery shows for a while, it’s all a bit dodgy. I’ve come into contact with a lot more villains since I moved from vandalism into selling paintings. The art world is full of shady people peddling bright colours.” It’s perhaps this distrust of the art world that led to the way his film “Exit Through the Gift Shop” turned out and also to the creation Pest Control, an entity that still refuses to authenticate his artwork that is taken off the streets by speculators.”
